- We ship/courier door to door in Cape Town, the rest of South Africa (nationally) and Internationally.
- Prices are given for orders up to 50m for orders over 50m please email us for a shipping quote.
- There is also the option to collect from our home studio in Woodstock,Cape Town. To do this one would need to make an appointment/pick up time.
- We will, at all times, try and get your products to you as soon as possible. However, if we do not have stock of the print/colour you require we will need to print up. This could mean it will be 3- 6 weeks before we ship your product to you.
- We will let you know by email when products will be ready.
- We will email to let you know when it is on its way (being shipped/couriered)
- Fastway couriers or Postnet will deliver locally this (once products are ready) takes 1-2 day.
- Fastway couriers will deliver nationally, this (once products are ready for collection) takes 5 - 7 working days.
- International shipping will be done using the DHL express service. This takes 5 – 7 working days to the door. We will let you know when your product is on route and provide you with a tracking number. To best utilise this service, it is very important for us to have a reliable phone number from you.
- Please note on international orders any custom duties added would need to be covered by purchaser.
- Packaging is kept to a minimum. We believe in no excess so just enough to keep the product clean and safe.
